RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Jill Reno Collection, each creation is crafted with exceptional care and intention. We encourage thoughtful consideration prior to purchase, as our policies reflect the bespoke nature of fine jewelry.
Bespoke & Modified Creations
All bespoke, custom, and specially commissioned pieces are final sale.
This includes any creation that has been resized, engraved, altered, or modified in any way at the client’s request. Due to the individualized craftsmanship involved, these pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Select non-custom creations may be considered for exchange in the form of store credit.
Jill Reno Collection must be notified within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery to request exchange authorization.
Authorized pieces must be returned within five (5) business days of approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for secure, insured return shipping, as Jill Reno Collection cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Condition of Return
To be eligible for exchange consideration, items must be returned:
In pristine, unworn condition
With all original packaging, documentation, and tags intact
Free from signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage
All returns are subject to careful inspection and approval at our discretion. Jill Reno Collection reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards.
Store credit is issued upon approval and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
